Happy Anniversary

9 years ago today, I married my best friend! Daddy-O and I have been through OH, so much over the past 9 years! More than many go through in a lifetime, I believe! Every moment, good or bad, was easier with him by my side! The Lord surely blessed me when He brought Chris into my life! Thank you God for a loving, hard-working husband and father who loves You and honors You.

Future Hoppers!

Our t-ball team had the opportunity to be a part of the Future Hoppers yesterday. It was SO much fun! The kids got to go on the field with the Grasshoppers and be introduced. They loved it! Here are a few pictures of our day!

Mother and Son Date Knight

Chic-fil-a, or Chickalay as we call it, did a mother and son date night and we had SO much fun! They had every thing decked out in castle attire, pinned roses on the moms, took your order, etc! The boys and I had a great time! The "knight" who was guarding the castle was a bit scary to one of my boys (I can't rightly say which one ;)....). This caused a bit of a dramatic episode during dinner buuuuut, what's a sweet fairy tale without a little drama, right?

Y-E-S to VBS!

Many wonderful things can happen at VBS! Our church does a fantabulous job each year and I LOVE being a part of it! This year, we "traveled" to the Big Apple! It was a LOT of fun! Just to name a few of those wonderful things....

One of your close friends can turn into a RAPPING SUPERSTAR!

You can do all sorts of fun crafts while learning about God's love for us!

You may even meet someone who thinks they are the Statue of Liberty...and that someone may bob for hot dogs in a vat of applesauce too....(ewww!)

But most importantly (for me anyway), you may have 2 little boys who God entrusted you with while on this earth who decide to give their life to Him during their week at VBS! I am so proud of Camron and Caden!
To make the story even sweeter, tonight while they were going to bed, I heard them praying. One of them said, "Dear Lord, Thank you for Mrs. Dedra. I'm so glad she came to talk to us about asking Jesus into our hearts."

Jossalyn is 5 months old!!

I can't believe she's 5 months old! She is still as sweet as pie! I had to include 2 pictures because one has her silly smile and the other has her big, beautiful eyes! She is just starting to sit up well and still melts the heart of everyone she meets!

Pinto Champions

I am so proud of Jaxon. He continues to learn and excel in baseball. As a family we spend a LOT of time at the baseball field and Jaxon's team, the Nationals won the championship! They played hard and had quite a few close calls but they always seemed to pull it off in the end! The boys played a double header Monday night. It was a LATE night for us all but those boys played their hearts out and it payed off in the end! GO NATIONALS!

T-ball

Daddy-O coached the little boys T-ball team, the Durham Bulls, again this year. We had an awesome group of kids and a great group of parents! They ended their season Saturday with trophies and cupcakes! They kids had a great time! They get one last hoorah as they will be the Future Hoppers at a game coming up! Oh what fun that will be ;)
